1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and okbeat ("okbeat," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the okbeat online casino platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at okbeat.app (the "Platform").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the Platform from time to time.

okbeat reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with okbeat, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines. okbeat strictly enforces this requirement and will request age verification documents at any time.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of okbeat, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by okbeat or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

okbeat reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure. Any winnings generated by an ineligible player may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active okbeat account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. okbeat employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be closed and any balances forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. okbeat will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify okbeat immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Verification (KYC)

okbeat is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. okbeat may suspend withdrawals or restrict account functionality until KYC verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

okbeat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Deposit Policy

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. okbeat reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts where third-party funding is detected. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your okbeat account. okbeat targets withdrawal processing within 5 minutes for GCash and PayMaya transactions, subject to verification requirements. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. okbeat reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). okbeat does not accept or process transactions in cryptocurrency of any kind.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

okbeat offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• okbeat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or arbitrage strategies — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the okbeat Platform use certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology or live dealer systems provided by licensed game suppliers. Game outcomes are determined independently of okbeat and are not subject to manipulation by okbeat or any player.

Published Return to Player ("RTP") percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose the funds you wager.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, okbeat reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. okbeat's decision in such matters is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okbeat Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Providing false identity or age information
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okbeat staff or other players

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the okbeat Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the property of okbeat or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of okbeat.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okbeat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

okbeat's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okbeat does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Privacy & Data

okbeat collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

okbeat implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmissions. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and okbeat cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Responsible Gaming

okbeat is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up reminders displaying your session duration and net gaming activity.

12. Termination

okbeat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if okbeat reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination of your account for cause, okbeat may withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, okbeat reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. Where no breach is found, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your account at any time by contacting okbeat customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you after completion of any applicable KYC and withdrawal processing requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

okbeat operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players acknowledge that PAGCOR regulations may impose additional requirements or restrictions that supplement these Terms.

14. Amendments

okbeat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, okbeat will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
